Mazda has signed on as the official automotive partner of the inaugural Thrive Festival at Convention Centre Dublin on March 30/31.

The fitness, wellness and food event is aimed at people interested in health and wellbeing.

Festival managing director Avril Bannerton commented: “Attendees will hear from change-makers and experts who are passionate about teaching us how to live a healthier and happier life. It will challenge and excite, and leave participants happier, healthier and more fulfilled than when they arrived.

“Mazda is the perfect fit for the Thrive Signature Stage, given the prominent role that health and wellness plays in their Japanese heritage.”

Event activities will include workouts, cookery demos, mindfulness, and Chakra health and reflexology classes. The speaker line-up features Maeve Madden Jasmine Hemsley, Indy Power, Pip Stewart, The Gut Stuff, Holly White, Laura Thomas and Breda Stack.

Actress Gemma Atkinson will discuss leading a more balanced, healthier lifestyle in conversation with Anna Geary. Also on the main Signature stage, Dr Hazel Wallace will be offering attendees food, nutrition and fitness advice.

Mazda is staging an immersive Ensō experience at the event, featuring a Mazda Zen garden with  with a traditional Japanese tea experience and complimentary shiatsu style massage. On view will be Mazda’s Ensō inspired SUVs, the Mazda CX3 and  CX-5.
