Recruitment website Indeed.com has started recruitment for roles in sales, client services and business development at its Europe, the Middle East and Africa headquarters in Dublin. The company plans to hire 300 over the next two years.

Indeed.com, a Texas-based company, aggregates job listings from a range of employer career sites, staffing agencies, job boards and newspaper career pages. The firm’s Dublin office opened in March 2012 and currently employs a team of 230.

Paul Forster and Rony Kahan co-founded the employment search engine in 2004. In 2010, Indeed.com surpassed Monster.com as the most high-traffic job website in the U.S. One year later, the company began allowing job seekers to apply to positions directly on Indeed’s site, as well as offering resume posting and storage.

Forster and Kahan previously co-founded Jobsinthemoney, a jobsite dedicated to financial professionals, in 1998. In 2003, the site won Forbes Best Finance Jobsite and Weddles Elite Site Award, before the company was acquired by Financial News in September 2003.

Indeed, now 11 years old, has offices in 50 countries around the world.

In Ireland, Indeed says it receives over 800,000 unique monthly visitors. The company reported a 40% increase in traffic over the last year, with many users shifting to mobile or tablet browsing.
