Dublin-based software company CX Index has added a tenth significant customer in Finland as it focuses on expansion in the Scandinavian market.

The firm says it has experienced significant growth in Finland since launching its customer experience management software in 2017, and now numbers 10 companies and organisations in financial services, healthcare, retail and utilities.

These include state agency the Finnish Centre for Pensions; KSOY and ETK utility companies; Luona, a healthcare services provider; and Hobby Hall, a leading retailer.

Chief executive David Heneghan (pictured) said: “The market in Finland has responded very positively to our platform and it is gratifying to note that we have now entered double digits in customer numbers. This growth is set to continue across all Scandinavian markets as we continue to on-board new customers.

“While we are always looking at opportunities across the globe, we have experienced value in having a geographic focus. The ability to provide positive references from local businesses is of significant benefit as we work on selling our platform across a particular region.”

Last March, CX Index entered the Canadian market by selling to Holt Renfrew, part of the Selfridges Group; ATB financial, an Alberta retail bank; and Loyalty One, a subsidiary of the NYSE listed Alliance Data, whose AIR MILES programme has more than 11 million active accounts in two thirds of Canadian households.

The company’s software helps capture customer feedback, commonly regarded as the metric for customer experience, combining it with data from a range of sources to provide the actionable insight needed to help users to make customer-centred decisions. Its clients in Ireland include CarTrawler, Brown Thomas and SuperValu.
