The second annual outing for Mediacon in Ireland, this event focuses on digital and TV entertainment, with the aim of establishing Ireland as a creative hub for global content. Aside from TV, sectors covered include film, gaming, VR, visual storytelling and social networks. An engaging lineup of speakers included Jo Street, the BBC’s commissioning editor, and Isaac Quiroga, global content strategist for Mattel. A two-day ticket for the summit cost €450 plus VAT.
