Ibec’s conference this year takes into the account the renewed focus that employers have on getting the best from their employees. Accordingly, Ibec is aiming to provide a masterclass in how to evaluate employees’ performance at work. It will examine best practice in performance management and abiding by regulations, among other topics. The conference will be chaired by Caroline Jenkinson, deputy chairman of the Labour Court. Tickets cost €330 plus VAT for members and €400 plus VAT for non-members.
