This Sunday Business Post event is an expansion on The Future Bank Summit of the last two years, extended now to incorporate the whole financial services industry and not just banking. The primary focus of this year’s event is the need of the industry to adapt business models to exceed the expectations of customers and investors, and to prosper in the new digital environment.
