This four-day food safety and microbiology conference will be held in UCD’s O’Reilly Hall and is the first time that the event has come to Ireland. The theme for the conference is ‘one health meets food microbiology’, which aims to bring together academic contributors, public health specialists; veterinarians; food regulators (both national and international) and stakeholders in the food industry to discuss matters of mutual interest around the conference theme.
