This conference is being organised by DCU’s Leadership and Talent Institute, with the title ‘Leadership for a Sustainable World’. Various high-profile business leaders and academic thinkers will take to the podium to share their insights on sustainable organisational performance, economic growth and development. Among the speakers taking part are Irish rugby coach Joe Schmidt and Douglas Baillie, chief human resources officer of Unilever Global.

The conference will also have a women leaders’ panel to discuss the theme of women in leadership. Panels members will include Julie Sinnamon, CEO of Enterprise Ireland, and Louise Phelan, VP of global operations, PayPal.
